Aims: To provide community fundraising managers with the knowledge, tools and techniques to strengthen their community fundraising programme and increase sustainable income.

Content: There is a resurgence in interest in developing community fundraising as a source of sustainable income. This interactive and participatory master class will enable you to think strategically about your community fundraising programme so that you can grow your volunteer networks, develop high performing teams and increase the profitability of your community fundraising activity. Through role play, case studies, group discussion and practical exercises, you will have the opportunity to assess your own skills as a leader, improve your networking skills, practice team building and think innovatively about developing new community fundraising products.
