An introduction to sustainable funding is intended to help you consider the various ways to diversify your income base to help achieve financial sustainability. Topics covered will include trading, loan finance, procurement and public service delivery, asset based development, as well as giving and public fundraising.

The course will benefit those in the early stages of putting into place procedures for working towards achieving financial sustainability for their organisation.

By the end of the course, participants will:

• understand the concept of sustainable funding;
• appreciate the skills and approaches required to adopt an entrepreneurial culture;
• understand the importance of having a mix of income streams;
