A one-day training course on giving and public fundraising

Learn how to identify and access potential sources of funds including donations from individuals, events and corporate fundraising.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Appreciate the options for fundraising from individuals, businesses and the community
  • Take advantage of tax-effective donations and gifts
  • Understand legal requirements and best practice

When?

Who should attend?

This training will benefit those new to fundraising and also those with experience wanting to increase their understanding of giving and public fundraising and how taking a marketing approach can help organisations to become financially sustainable.

How much does it cost?

As Sustainable Funding Cymru is being supported by the Big Lottery Fund, this training is only available to voluntary and community organisations operating in Wales and is offered at a subsidised rate of no more than £20 per person.
