Life Skills Project - Big Lottery Fund/ESF

The Life Skills project has approximately £14 million available to deliver services throughout Wales that will support targeted groups of economically inactive people to engage or re-engage with education, learning, volunteering and employment. This is the first time that National Lottery money has been matched with European Structural Funds (ESF), at source.

It is a focussed project targeting the following specific participant groups: care leavers; carers and former carers returning to work; economically inactive families.

The project will follow a strict competitive tender process (the Restricted Procedure Process) in accordance with EU Directives and UK Regulations.
