One-day business and strategic planning course

Learn to build a more sustainable future; gain a better understanding of how planning can enable you to adopt approaches to achieve long-term sustainability.

By the end of the course, you will:

• understand the purpose of business and strategic plans and why every organisation needs one
• be able to develop comprehensive business and strategic plans

This training will benefit those involved in the management and fundraising of voluntary and community organisations.

How much does it cost?

Sustainable Funding Cymru is being supported by the Big Lottery Fund. We are therefore able to offer this training at a subsidised rate of £25 plus VAT per person per day’s training for voluntary and community organisations operating in Wales.
